United Kingdom: We also deliver to the UK. Please note that customs duties may apply.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery Information

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
