Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Your Legal Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in addition to our extended 30-day return policy.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us at support@ralphlauren.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: Pack items securely in original packaging if possible.
Step 4: Attach the shipping label and drop off at any designated courier location.
Return Shipping
- EU Countries: Free returns. We provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Outside EU: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
Refund amounts:
- Full purchase price of returned items
- Original shipping costs (if entire order is returned)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
- If you still haven't received your refund, email us at support@ralphlauren.com
